Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

By subscribing, you authorize Essaytone (or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

Discounts and promotions cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Refund Policy

Essaytone does not provide refunds except where required by law.

If you experience technical issues, please contact support and we will work to resolve them.

6. Academic Responsibility

Essaytone is designed to assist with editing, rewriting, and improving text quality.

We do not condone plagiarism, academic dishonesty, or violating institutional policies.

Users are solely responsible for how they apply Essaytone's outputs.

7. Service Availability

While we aim for uninterrupted access, Essaytone may occasionally experience downtime due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Essaytone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that use of our Services will ensure academic acceptance, compliance with third-party detection tools, or specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essaytone and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
